50 YEAR WARRANTY
We install the ground loop to stringent standards to insure optimum performance and to avoid future problems.  We stand behind the material AND the workmanship for 50 years.
   
10 YEAR WARRANTY
We install the heat pump to the same stringent standards.  We stand behind the refrigerant system components to include the compressor, coaxial exchanger, air coil, expansion valve and reversing valve for 10 years... again, parts AND workmanship are covered.
   
2 YEAR WARRANTY
You receive bumper-to-bumper protection against defects for a full 2 years.  This gives us (and you) enough time to be certain that everything is running smoothly, and keeping you comfortable.  Long-term service plans are available.
   
We keep track of the maintenance schedule for your system for life.  We send you reminders so that you will not overlook cleaning the filter, or the maintenance schedule.  This keeps your system operating at optimum efficiency.
